When to fish it: Any time you here the chirping on the bank. Mostly late afternoon
Where to fish it: Works best on tailwaters, and freestone rivers or streams
How to fish it: Look for feeding fish, or cruising fish near the surface of the water. Cast, mend if needed and allow to dead drift, giving an occasional twitch.
