Description: My El Blanco fly is a spin-off of the classic Sneaky Pete bass fly. I tie the fly with a foam body which I've found makes it more durable than cork or balsa wood. Unlike some other materials, the foam does not crack or burst when the fly is tossed onto rocks, or other debris.

When to fish it: Spring and Early Summer
Where to fish it: Lakes, Ponds, Rivers, Streams
How to fish it: Cast the fly to available cover, let the fly sit motionless for as long as possible. The key is fishing this fly successfully is to allow the fly to sit motionless in the water.
