Description: I have a saying that you will not be allowed to go west of the Mississippi unless you have some rubber legged flies. Having said that, I combined American and Polish tying methods, custom color blending and gave it a life-like profile to create Mike’s American-Polish Nymph. This is not a fly that trout see every day, but once they do, hold on! This fly really is a “unique” trout catcher.
What it imitates: Mayfly nymph
When to fish it: Anytime
Where to fish it: Freestone rivers and tailwaters
How to fish it: I always use this nymph as an anchor fly. You can use this nymph with any nymphing technique
