Description: The Mouseketeer is a low riding mouse pattern that is sure to drive the big trout, or bass, wild at night. The articulation to the pattern allows the back half to ride lower in the water and gives it just a little more wiggle than the normal mousing patterns.

When to fish it: After dark when the big ghoulies are out!!
Where to fish it: Rivers, lakes or ponds
How to fish it: No less than OX is acceptable. Over power the forward casting motion to accelerate the fly toward the water as close to the bank/obstruction as possible for a nice SPLAT. After touchdown, I usually allow the fly to sit for 2-3 seconds and then a nice even and slow retrieve back; allowing the fly to push water and give off a good wake.
