Description: Ritt's Fighting Crayfish (as featured in various fly fishing publications) has a unique posture in the water. It rests with its tail down and the floating claws riding high just as a frightened defensive crayfish will. When stripped, the claws fold back behind the body just as the naturals do. The rubber arms, hackle and brushed dubbing provide lots of movement, even when the fly is sitting still. The posture of the fly, with the hook riding point up and raised up off the bottom, makes the fly relatively snag free when fished on or near the bottom.
